Biography

As the Director of Operations for River’s Edge, Mary Beaty is a graduate from Boise State University. Ms. Beaty brings over 25 years of experience in the service industry. Her vast experience includes management, sales, business owner, and hospitality. Mary is passionate about people and customer service.

When scheduling a mediation with the Mediators at River’s Edge Mediation, Ms. Beaty’s goal is to provide an experience that is seamless, pleasant and overall peaceful. She strives to create an environment and process that leaves the participants feeling confident that, no matter the outcome, they are in good hands.
